Chips masala/crispy chips and veggies

Chips Masala









Ingredients


          Crispy potato Chips(your favorite flavor, I prefer chili): 75gm

·       Onion: 1 medium sized(chopped into small pieces)

·       Split Peanuts: 2 tablespoon(lightly fried with chili powder,salt,half teaspoon oil)

·        Lime juice: 1table spoon

·        Grated carrot: 4table spoon

·        Salt

·         Few leaves of coriander to garnish









     Method:

       In a mixing bowl add chips(break it into two halves if its big),chopped onions, peanuts, grated carrot, coriander, mix well all the ingredients.





Add salt

              









Add Lemon

Mix well and serve immediately as chips tend to become soft.











Note: 
one finely chopped green chili can be added for those who love the heat.
